📱 Phone Covers (Customized Products)
At CaseCove, all phone covers are made-to-order and fully customized based on your selected model and design.
❌ Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for phone covers once the order is placed.
- This includes cases where:
- Wrong model is selected by the customer
- Wrong design is chosen
- Change of mind after order placement
👉 Since each product is customized, it cannot be resold or reused.
✅ Replacement Policy
We offer 100% FREE replacement only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Incorrect design sent
- Manufacturing defect
📌 To claim a replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product
⚠️ Damaged Product
- If your product arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- Claims after 24 hours will not be accepted (due to the fragile nature of the product)
👕 T-Shirts & Desk Mats
Unlike phone covers, these products are eligible for limited return/exchange.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery
- Customer must pay 50% of the product price for exchange
- Product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
💸 Refund Policy
- Refund only in wallet for faster processing.
- Refund will be credited to your Custome Hub Wallet
👉 Wallet amount can be used for future purchases on our website
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
Refund/Exchange will NOT be accepted if:
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Minor color variation (due to screen differences)
- Used or washed product
- Request raised after 24 hours
🚫 Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
